Asking an assistant "which company does this in that city" has become a habit. The answer comes from information the AI found scattered across the internet — it assembles what it found in several places.
That changes the calculation: a good site is not enough. You have to exist consistently in more than one place.
1. A site that says clearly what you are
In plain language, with no marketing jargon: what the company does, for whom, in which area, since when. "Integrated management solutions" says nothing to anyone, machine included.
2. Consistency of name and details
The same name, address and phone everywhere the company appears. Conflicting information between sources weakens trust — the system does not know which version is right.
3. Presence in more than one place
Google profile, catalogues in your field, associations, specialised search sites. Every consistent mention reinforces that the company exists and does what it says.
It is the same logic that always counted for search, and it is what the Magneth network does in one go: your listing published across more than 100 search sites, always with the same information.
4. Content that demonstrates what you know
A company that publicly answers the questions of its field appears in those answers. It is the slowest route and the most solid.
5. Signals that you are real
Reviews, years in business, a verifiable address, names of people. That separates a company from an empty page.
How to test
Ask the assistants exactly what a customer would ask. If they cite competitors and not you, look at where they appear and you do not — almost always the difference is in the number of consistent mentions, not in site quality.
The technical side is in how to get my website into ChatGPT.
